Tuition
Class tuition payments are due in full at the time of registration. Your child's place in class will not be held or
guaranteed prior to payment in full.
Our monthly tuition payments are based on an average of four classes per month.
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Full credit will be given for medical excuses only.
Tuition is not prorated for absences. Please see the class Make-Up Policies.
A multiple a child/family discount is available.There is a 10% discount for a second child, a 20% discount for a third child, and a 30% discount for a fourth child.
RETURNED CHECK POLICY
If a check is returned for non sufficient funds there will be a $25 fee assessed as well as the cost of collections, if any.
ANNUAL FEES
Each student must pay an annual registration fee of $25.00 per student or $40 per family
MEDICAL REASONS for dropping a class. For medical situations validated by a written acknowledgement from a licensed medical practitioner, you will get your money back.
Multiple-class Discount
If your child attends more than one class, you will pay full price for the most expensive tuition and get a 10% discount on all other tuition for that student.
DRESS CODE
For the safety of your child please be sure they are wearing flexible clothing absent of hoods, skirts, snaps,
buttons and zippers. Please no jewelry, dresses or baggy/loose clothing. Long hair is best in a
ponytail(s) with out hard pieces or holders. Bare feet will be required.
MAKE-UP CLASSES
When a student misses a class, he or she is eligible to do one make-up class per month.
Students who attend 2 classes/week are permitted 2 make-up classes per month.
Please contact the office to schedule your make-up class.
FOOD
For safety and hygienic reasons no eating, drinking, or gum chewing is allowed in or around the training area.
SPECTATOR POLICY
Due to insurance restrictions no one is allowed in the training area before class without an instructor.
Siblings and friends not enrolled in class must remain outside the training area and must be supervised by an adult. When class is over, gymnasts must leave the training area. The instructors will need to start the next class and therefore cannot supervise them. For the safety of those in class, spectators should keep the noise level as low as possible. There is also no photography or videotaping allowed unless approved by the office and teacher. This is to protect the privacy.
RESTRICTED AND PUBLIC USE areas
Only students and staff members are allowed in the gym areas. (Except parents enrolled in Parent Participation classes).
For Safety Reasons, Please do not communicate verbally or otherwise to your child or their coach while they are training.
Only students and athletes who are enrolled in a class may be on the equipment.
Please do not allow your child to cross the parking lot by themselves.
Please be on time when picking up your child from class.
Parents are not allowed to drop off kids more than 10 minutes before his/her class due to the fact that we are not able to supervise them.
Inclement Weather Closings
Occasionally, for the safety of our students and staff, we must close for business due to inclement weather. In this event, the gym’s phone message and website will be updated as necessary to keep you informed of closings or changes in class hours. Missed classes will be re-scheduled for make-up
PRIVET LESSONS
Privates are available for gymnastics, apparatus work, dance, tumbling, cheerleading (pairs or groups), and choreography. Please schedule with individual coaches.

1/2 Hour Semi Privates: $30.00 per person up to 3 people
HOLIDAYS
There are no make-ups for Holidays. They are fixed into the monthly tuition. Scheduled holidays are:
• Thanksgiving Day and the Day After • December 24 - January 2 • Easter Sunday
• Independence Day(4th of July) • Labor Day (first Monday in September) • Memorial Day (last Monday of May)
